Cancellation Policy
Liability and Refund Policy for Protection Dog Bite Training Sessions Liability Policy Participation Agreement: By booking and attending our training sessions, you agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk: You understand that protection dog bite training involves inherent risks, including potential injury to dogs and handlers. You voluntarily assume all risks. Release of Liability: Paw Naturalz, its trainers, employees, and representatives are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during or resulting from the training sessions, including personal injury, property damage, or other losses. Dog Health and Behavior: You confirm your dog is healthy and free from contagious diseases. You must inform trainers of any behavioral issues or previous aggression incidents. Supervision and Control: You agree to maintain control over your dog at all times during the session and are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog. Compliance with Instructions: You must follow all instructions provided by trainers. Non-compliance may result in session termination without a refund. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Paw Naturalz harmless from any claims arising from your participation in the sessions. Refund Policy Booking and Cancellation: We understand plans can change and aim to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Our refund policy is: Cancellation by Client: Notify us at least 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled to another Thursday, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up and have not notified us, you will not receive a refund or be able to reschedule. Cancellation by Paw Naturalz: If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and may reschedule or receive a full refund. Rescheduling: To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session. Late rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.
