Our Return Policy

At Paw Naturalz, we strive to ensure that you and your pet are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our Return Policy outlines the process for returning items and receiving a refund or exchange.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable goods such as raw food cannot be returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Requesting a Refund: To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer service team at returns@pawnaturalz.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@pawnaturalz.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Return Shipping

  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
